Award-winning pork meatloaf crafted with love by Mom!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) package French onion dip
  • 1 (10 ounce) package saltine crackers, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine the beef, pork sausage, French onion dip, eggs, and crushed crackers in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly and shape into a loaf.
  • Bake in a loaf pan measuring 5x9 inches for 1 hour.
