Whip up a cheesy potato casserole in a flash with mozzarella, sour cream, and frozen cubed potatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2 pound) package frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine the potatoes, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, butter, onion, salt, and black pepper in a casserole dish.
  • Bake in a hot oven until bubbly and heated through, approximately 30 minutes.
