Delicious pineapple bread pudding, perfect as a side or dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 5 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 4 eggs, well beaten
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Spread the bread cubes evenly in a 2-quart baking dish. Mix in the pineapple, melted butter, sugar, and eggs until thoroughly combined. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  • Bake until beautifully puffed and golden brown, approximately 1 hour.
