Mom's classic pork chop marinade with a twist of pineapple and orange juice - a family favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 boneless center-cut pork loin chops
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Combine the orange juice, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar in a bowl. Then, pour this flavorful mixture over the pork chops in the baking dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
  • Transfer the leftover marinade to a skillet and simmer over medium-high heat until it reduces by half. Drizzle over the cooked chops before serving.
