Game day Montana dip with spicy bison meat, fire-roasted tomatoes, and jalapenos - a winning touchdown recipe!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground bison
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package McCormick® Hot Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) package processed cheese food (such as Velveeta ®), cut into cubes
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno peppers
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the meat and onion until nicely browned, approximately 5 minutes. Remove any excess fat.
  • Combine the tomatoes and seasoning mix in the pot, bringing them to a boil. Lower the heat, cover, and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the cheese and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes or until melted.
  • Transfer the mixture into a charming serving bowl. Drizzle with a dollop of tangy sour cream and sprinkle with spicy jalapeno slices. Enjoy with crispy tortilla chips.
