Transform fish fillets with flavorful Moroccan spice rub.
Ingredients:
  • 600g ling fish fillets, cubed
  • Mixed salad, to serve
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2.50 gm paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
Instructions:
  • In a glass or ceramic bowl, mix together lemon pepper, paprika, turmeric, and coriander to create a flavorful Moroccan spice rub.
  • Place the fish into the marinade, ensuring it is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together perfectly.
  • Skewer the fish and place them on a preheated and greased barbecue plate over medium heat. Grill for 4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Serve with a side of fresh salad.
