Mediterranean-style Tilapia with red pepper, olive oil, fresh parsley, cayenne, and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a gentle 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
  • Create a vibrant base by alternating layers of sliced red peppers and tomatoes in a baking dish, then elegantly position the tilapia fillets on top of the colorful vegetables.
  • Mix together the paprika, chicken bouillon, cayenne, salt, pepper, olive oil, and water until well combined. Drizzle the seasoned mixture over the fish and garnish with parsley.
  • Wrap the baking dish snugly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour, or until the fish easily flakes with a fork and the vegetables are tender.
