Muddy Buddies® Brownie Ice Cream

Summer treat: ice cream with cookies and Muddy Buddies® Brownie Supreme snack mix, perfect for picnics and barbecues!
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups cookies and cream ice cream or other favorite flavor, slightly softened
  • 10 chocolate chip cookies (from 13-oz package), crumbled
  • 1 bag (10.5 oz) Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Brownie Supreme snack mix
  • 2/3 cup chocolate-flavor syrup
Instructions:
  • Combine ice cream, crumbled cookies, and 2 cups of snack mix in a large bowl. Freeze until firm, for at least 1 hour.
  • Spoon a heaping 1/2 cup of ice cream into each bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup and sprinkle with the rest of the snack mix.
