Muddy Buddies® Brownie Ice Cream Cake

Create a delectable ice cream cake using Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Brownie Supreme snack mix for your outdoor gathering. Delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (10.5 oz) Chex Mix® Muddy Buddies® Brownie Supreme snack mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 quarts chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Set aside 1/2 cup of the snack mix. Lightly coat the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray. In a sealed plastic bag, crush the remaining snack mix. Transfer the crushed mix to a medium bowl, add melted butter, and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Spread the ice cream delicately over the crust in the pan, then top it with a generous layer of whipped topping and sprinkle with the reserved snack mix. Cover loosely with foil and freeze for 2 to 4 hours until firm.
  • To serve, carefully remove the side of the pan. Allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes before slicing with a warm, damp knife. Store any leftovers loosely covered in the freezer.
