Muddy Buddies™ Cheesecake Pops

Indulge in peanut butter frozen cheesecake pops with Chex Mix™ Muddy Buddies.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Chex Mix™ Muddy Buddies™ snack mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Combine cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Blend until velvety smooth. Gradually add 1/2 cup of the snack and pulse until slightly crumbled.
  • Spoon the mixture into 6 to 8 frozen ice-pop molds, leaving 1/4 inch of space at the top of each mold. Gently pack the mixture into the molds with a spoon and tap them against the counter to remove any air pockets.
  • Crush the remaining 1 cup of snacks finely and mix them with melted butter in a small bowl. Divide the mixture among the molds, spreading it over the remaining exposed area and pressing down gently. Top with covers and sticks.
  • Chill in freezer for 4 hours. Dip molds in hot water for 10 seconds to release pops. Keep in airtight container in freezer.
