- 1 pouch Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
- 1 cup Chex Mix™ Muddy Buddies™ snack mix
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the cookie dough following the instructions on the pouch, then mix in the snack mix. Bake the cookies according to the package instructions. Allow to cool before serving.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter uncovered on High for 1 minute. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Prepare a shallow bowl and add the powdered sugar.
- Dip each cookie into the luscious chocolate mixture, ensuring to shake off any extra. Use a spoon to spread the chocolate evenly if needed. Quickly coat in powdered sugar, making sure each cookie is fully covered. Place on a cooling rack until the chocolate sets, approximately 10 minutes.
- Keep fresh in a sealed container for up to 4 days.
