- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix (3 tablespoons)
- 1 cup Chex Mix™ traditional snack mix (from 8.75-oz bag)
- Combine the cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and seasoning mix in a medium bowl. Shape the mixture into a ball and place it on a plate.
- Place the snack mix in a resealable plastic bag and seal it. Use a meat mallet to crush the snack mix into small pieces, then press the crushed mix all over the outside of the cheese ball.
- Enjoy right away.
