Sweet and Salty Toffee Chex Mix™

Irresistible Chex Mix™ with peanuts, popcorn, and M&M's™ for a perfect sweet and salty snack blend.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (15 oz) Chex Mix™ traditional snack mix
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups salted peanuts
  • 4 cups popped popcorn
  • 1 cup M&M's® chocolate candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Transfer snack mix to a large ovenproof bowl.
  • In a 1-quart saucepan, melt brown sugar and butter over medium heat until it bubbles, stirring often. Let it boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Quickly drizzle over snack mix, gently toss until fully coated, then transfer to a pan.
  • Bake for 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool for 1 hour to develop flavors. Break into bite-sized pieces for easy snacking.
  • Combine the snack mix with the remaining ingredients in a separate large bowl. Keep it stored tightly covered at room temperature.
