Indulgent sweet and salty chocolate treats that are perfect for any celebration.
Ingredients:
  • 180g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 8.60 gm demerara sugar
  • 2.40 gm sea salt
Instructions:
  • Prepare two baking trays by lining them with parchment paper.
  • 1. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth. 2. Using a spoon, drizzle half of the chocolate in back and forth motions on a prepared tray to create a 15cm x 30cm rectangle. Repeat with the remaining chocolate on a separate tray. 3. Let the chocolate drizzles set for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Evenly coat the chocolate with sugar and salt. Chill for 1 hour until firm. Break into shards before serving.
