Muffin pan apple and custard tarts recipe

Effortlessly create adorable custard tarts using apples and custard in a muffin pan. Perfect for impressing guests at any party.
Ingredients:
  • 12 butternut snap biscuits
  • 65g (1/2 cup) apple slices pie fruit, mashed
  • 180g (3/4 cup) French Vanilla Double Thick Custard
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon sugar
  • 1/4 Red Delicious apple, cut into small, thin wedges
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C (160C fan-forced).
  • Line muffin pans with biscuits and bake for a few minutes until softened. Quickly mold biscuits into cups using a teaspoon. Let cool for 5 minutes before use.
  • Place the biscuits on a serving platter. Spoon the apple and custard mixture onto each biscuit. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and garnish with apple wedges. Serve and enjoy!
