Indulge in this addictive Middle Eastern dip made with roasted red peppers and walnuts. Try our homemade pomegranate molasses if needed.
Ingredients:
  • 1 jar (12 oz) roasted red bell peppers, well drained
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted walnut halves
  • 12 Food Should Taste Good® falafel tortilla chips (from 5.5-oz bag), crushed to 1/3 cup
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons pomegranate molasses*
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Food Should Taste Good® falafel tortilla chips
Instructions:
  • Place all Dip ingredients in a food processor. Cover and process in quick pulses until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and generously top with a fresh thyme sprig and vibrant pomegranate seeds. Enjoy with crispy chips on the side.
