Four ingredient side salad, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 300g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 125.00 ml balsamic dressing
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 75g baby spinach
Instructions:
  • Combine mushrooms and dressing in a large bowl. Toss well to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 1 hour until mushrooms are softened.
  • Preheat the grill to high heat. Lay out prosciutto on a baking tray and grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side until beautifully golden and crisp. Let it cool before breaking it into tasty pieces.
  • Combine the prosciutto and spinach with the mushroom mixture, gently toss, and serve.
