Musk sticks margarita recipe

Sweet and zesty infused Margarita perfect for party prep. Infuse for 1-2 days before serving.
Ingredients:
  • 300ml Alize rosé liqueur
  • 150ml lime juice
  • 50g sugar
  • 10g pink salt
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Ice, to serve
  • 250g musk sticks
  • 700ml tequila
Instructions:
  • Prepare the musk mix by placing lollies into a 1L jar. Add tequila, seal with a lid, and let it infuse for 24-48 hours, shaking occasionally.
  • For 1 margarita, pack a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in 60ml musk mix, 30ml rosé liqueur, and 15ml lime juice. Shake vigorously. Repeat for up to 10 cocktails.
  • Mix sugar and salt on a plate. Use a lime wedge to rim the margarita glass, then dip the rim into the sugar mixture.
  • Pour the aromatic musk-infused tequila into the glass and serve.
