Gluten-free chicken wraps: office envy guaranteed when heated in a sandwich press for a tasty work lunch.
Ingredients:
  • 23.40 gm gluten-free wholegrain mustard
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 500g chicken tenderloins, trimmed
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 39.60 gm gluten-free mayonnaise
  • 1 small red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 4 gluten-free wraps
  • 100g mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely sliced
  • 20.00 ml parmesan cheese, finely grated
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, combine the mustard, honey, and garlic. Mix well. Add the chicken and make sure it's fully coated.
  • Prepare your barbecue plate or chargrill by spraying it with oil and heating it over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until it is nicely browned and fully cooked. Slice each tenderloin in half lengthwise and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise and chili. Spread the mixture onto the wraps. Add lettuce, onion, cheese, and chicken on top. Roll up the wraps to enclose the filling. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
