Elevate your Mai Tai with creamy coconut, orange juice, pineapple juice, and rum for a tropical twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup crushed ice, or as needed
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine syrup
  • 1.5 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cream of coconut
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger rum
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger spiced rum
  • 0.25 cup club soda, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Place ice cubes in 2 glasses.
  • Combine orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and lime juice in a small pitcher. Gently stir in the cream of coconut until well combined.
  • Combine rum and spiced rum in a small glass, pour into 2 glasses, add orange juice mixture, and finish with a splash of club soda.
