Create a mouthwatering fusion of nachos and tacos using Old El Paso™ taco seasoning for an authentic taste experience.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed nacho cheese soup
  • 1 box (4.6 oz) Old El Paso™ Crunchy Taco Shells (12 Count), heated as directed on box
  • Shredded romaine lettuce
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Sour cream
  • Chopped avocados
Instructions:
  • Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked; then drain any excess fat.
  • Combine taco seasoning mix and water with the beef, stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring often. Add soup and heat until hot.
  • Fill warm taco shells with flavorful beef mixture. Top with your favorite toppings.
