Ingredients:
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 red bell pepper - cored, seeded, and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • In a blender, puree water, cashews, bell pepper, nutritional yeast, onion powder, salt, and garlic powder until silky smooth. Pour the mixture into a saucepan.
  • Warm the mixture over low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
