Cheesy ground beef filled nacho tacos with sautéed onions and chili powder in crispy shells.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
  • 8 taco shells, warmed
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, sauté beef, onion, and chili powder until beef is crumbly and nicely browned. Discard any excess fat.
  • In the skillet, combine 1/2 cup of condensed soup with the beef mixture until hot and bubbling. Then, in a 1-quart saucepan, heat the remaining condensed soup over medium-high heat until hot and bubbling.
  • Fill the taco shells with the savory beef mixture and then garnish with a dollop of condensed soup, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato.
