Decadent peanut butter fudge with a crunchy twist, made with creamy evaporated milk and mini marshmallows. Perfect for pleasing the whole family!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 12 ounces crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Grease an 8-inch square pan with butter.
  • In an electric skillet, mix together sugar, evaporated milk, and butter. Heat at 260 degrees F (120 degrees C).
  • Bring the mixture to a rolling boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and incorporate peanut butter, marshmallows, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and pour into the prepared pan.
  • Let it cool before slicing into squares.
