Indulge in a refreshing tropical slushy made with crushed pineapple, piña colada mix, rum, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream, inspired by Lulu's famous piña colada in Gulf Shores, AL.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10 ounce) can frozen pina colada mix
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle mango flavored rum
  • 8 cubes ice
  • 0.25 cup whipping cream
  • 4 cherries with stems
Instructions:
  • Blend together the piña colada mix, pineapple with juice, vanilla ice cream, rum, and ice in a blender until slushy.
  • Whisk whipping cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the piña colada mixture. Divide the mixture into 4 glasses and garnish each with a cherry.
