Transformed quick chicken noodles into a comforting soup with a spicy kick from Sriracha, perfect for cozy winter nights.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pkt instant noodles chicken flavour
  • 125g can corn kernels, rinsed, drained
  • 35g (1/3 cup) shredded cooked chicken
  • 10.60 gm soy sauce
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • Sliced green shallots, to serve
  • Sriracha chilli sauce, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, add noodles and the flavor sachet. Pour boiling water over them and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook for 2 minutes until noodles are soft. Stir in corn, chicken, and soy sauce until well combined. Reduce heat to low.
  • 1. Pour 2 tablespoons of broth into a small bowl. In another small bowl, crack an egg. Slowly whisk the broth into the egg until smooth. 2. Gently stir the egg mixture into the noodles until fully incorporated. 3. Cook and stir until the mixture is heated through, then remove from heat immediately (avoid letting it simmer).
  • Serve the soup in a bowl and garnish with shallots and a drizzle of sriracha sauce.
