Capture the essence of fresh peaches in a delightful no-bake pie for a burst of natural sweetness.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.66666668653488 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 6 fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
Instructions:
  • Combine water, sugar, cornstarch, and butter in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Once it comes to a boil, add peach slices. Simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes until thick and smooth. Cool completely off the heat.
  • Layer the remaining peach slices on top of the pie crust, then generously spread the sauce over them to cover completely. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours, or until set, before enjoying.
