Indulgent no-bake pie with creamy sweetness, fresh peaches, and zesty raspberry-limon drizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups sliced peaches, drained
  • 0.25 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a medium mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread mixture onto the bottom of a baked pie shell. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight before serving.
  • To finish, arrange drained peach slices over cream cheese layer. Combine raspberry preserves and lemon juice, then drizzle over peaches. Finish with a garnish of mint sprigs.
