Effortless peach angel food cake using just boxed mix and canned peaches - perfect for surprise visitors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package angel food cake mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced peaches
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect baking temperature.
  • In a large bowl, gently mix together the cake mix and peaches with their juice until well combined. Transfer the batter to an ungreased 10x4-inch tube pan.
  • Bake in the oven until the top is a rich golden brown and the cracks are dry to the touch, for 37 to 47 minutes.
  • Invert the pan onto a glass bottle as soon as you remove the cake from the oven to cool completely. Gently loosen the edges with a knife and unmold the cake. Use a serrated knife to slice with a sawing motion.
