No-bake bunny biscuits recipe

Ingredients:
  • 140g pkt white designer icing, to decorate
  • 5 x 35g Bunny Choc Biscuits
  • Coles 100’s & 1000’s, to decorate
  • Jelly beans, to decorate
  • Coles Funny Face icing sugar figurines, eyes only, to decorate
  • Pink food colouring
Instructions:
  • Separate the icing evenly into 3 bowls. Add food coloring to 2 bowls to create delicate and vibrant pink hues.
  • Pipe the white icing into a piping bag with a small plain nozzle.
  • Pipe white icing along the edge of 2 biscuits, tracing the markings around the feet and arms. Allow to set for 10 minutes. Fill in the ear and feet markings with icing, sprinkle with 100’s & 1000’s, and shake off excess. Next, pipe whiskers and mouth. Attach a jelly bean nose and candy eyes using a small amount of icing. Set aside for another 10 minutes to set.
  • Next, place the pale pink icing into a piping bag with a small plain nozzle. Use it to fill in the ear and feet markings on 2 more biscuits, smoothing the icing with a wet finger. Proceed to pipe the whiskers and mouth according to the markings on the biscuit. Attach a jelly bean nose and candy eyes with a small amount of icing. Repeat the process with the dark pink icing on the remaining biscuit, jelly bean, and candy eyes. Allow the decorated biscuits to set for 10 minutes.
