Elevate your dessert game with this classic no-bake cheesecake topped with fruity goodness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin (such as Knox®)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®), thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth using an electric mixer. Incorporate gelatin into the mixture by beating it in. Add whipped topping and continue mixing until smooth. Spread the batter into the prepared crust, leaving space at the top, and top with cherry pie filling.
  • Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 3 to 4 hours.
