Decadent and easy no-bake chocolate cheesecake - a must-try for lovers of chocolate and cheesecake!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar, divided
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 5 ounces dark chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder mixed with a little hot water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until well mixed. Press the mixture onto the bottom and 1/2-inch up the sides of an 8-inch springform pan. Chill the crust while preparing the filling.
  • Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave on high power for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth; allow to cool.
  • In a medium bowl, combine cocoa powder and warm water, whisking until a smooth paste forms.
  • Mix cream cheese and the rest of the sugar into the cocoa mixture until well blended; set aside.
  • In a chilled glass or metal bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the cooled melted chocolate.
  • Combine the chocolate cream mixture with the cream cheese mixture, then spread the mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  • Chill cheesecake in the freezer for 1 hour. Allow to thaw in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
