Indulgent no-bake chocolate peanut butter cheesecake pie.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
  • 0.25 cup light brown sugar
  • 8 graham cracker rectangles, finely crushed
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 10 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup light chocolate syrup (such as Hershey's®)
  • 0.75 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar for about 45 seconds until smooth. Pour the mixture over graham cracker crumbs in a pie plate and mix well. Press the crust firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the plate using a spoon.
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and chocolate syrup in a stand mixer bowl and blend on low speed until smooth.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips with vegetable oil on 50% power, stirring every 15 seconds until smooth, for about 1 minute. Blend the chocolate mixture into the cream cheese mixture on low speed, ensuring a smooth filling. Pour the filling into the crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
