Revamp a classic with whole grain Total cereal for the perfect marshmallow crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) miniature marshmallows
  • 20 drops green liquid food color
  • 3/4 cup white vanilla baking chips
  • 5 cups Whole Grain Total™ cereal
  • 56 red cinnamon candies
Instructions:
  • Place butter in a large microwavable bowl and microwave on High for 30 seconds to 1 minute until melted. Add marshmallows and coat them with the melted butter. Microwave on High for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted and well blended.
  • Mix in green food coloring until you achieve the desired shade of green. Then, add white vanilla baking chips to the marshmallow mixture and stir until melted, microwaving for an extra 30 seconds if needed.
  • Coat cereal with mixture until well combined.
  • Place 1/3 cup of cereal mixture on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet, shaping it into a wreath with greased hands. Decorate with 4 red cinnamon candies. Repeat with remaining mixture and candies. Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
