Irresistible no-bake cereal bars packed with peanuts, peanut butter, and baking chips - a peanut butter lover's dream!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Cheerios™ Protein Cinnamon Almond cereal
  • 1 cup honey-roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining the bottom and sides with foil or parchment paper, then generously spray the foil with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine cereal, peanuts, and peanut butter chips; set aside.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat peanut butter, honey, and butter uncovered on High for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until the mixture is boiling and slightly thickened.
  • Pour the cereal mixture over the bowl and stir until everything is evenly coated. Use a buttered spoon to press the mixture firmly into the pan. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until it is firm enough to cut.
  • Cut the bars into 16 individual pieces and store them covered at room temperature for up to 1 week.
