No-Sugar Raspberry Jam

Low-sugar raspberry jam made with only 3 ingredients, no added sugar for a healthier option.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon agar-agar powder
  • 4 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions:
  • Mix fresh lemon juice and agar-agar powder in a small bowl, allowing it to thicken for 5 minutes.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, cook raspberries until they begin to break up, about 5 to 10 minutes. Mash with a masher until smooth, but not liquefied. Remove from heat.
  • Mix the thickened lemon-agar-agar paste into the saucepan with the raspberries until well combined. Let it cool to room temperature for roughly 30 minutes. Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate until firm, approximately 2 hours.
