Quick and festive no-cook chia raspberry jam - perfect for gifting!
Ingredients:
  • 250g fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
  • 50.00 gm caster sugar or 50.00 gm maple syrup
  • 2 tsp thyme leaves
  • 40.00 ml The Chia Co. Chia Seeds
Instructions:
  • Mix together succulent raspberries and the sweetness of sugar or maple syrup in a bowl. Gently mash with a fork until a deliciously coarse texture is achieved.
  • Mix the thyme and chia seeds into the raspberry mixture. Transfer the jam to a sterilised jar, seal, and refrigerate for 1¼ hours until thickened. Enjoy your homemade chia jam stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
