Nutty sesame chia balls packed with flavor and crunch. Loaded with health benefits from nuts and seeds. Deliciously addictive!
Ingredients:
  • 82.50 ml dry roasted cashews
  • 82.50 ml macadamias, toasted
  • 250.00 ml pitted dried dates
  • 40.00 ml white chia seeds
  • 28.40 gm rice malt syrup
  • 24.00 gm sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • Pulse cashews, macadamias, dates, chia seeds, rice malt syrup, and half of the sesame seeds in a food processor until a thick paste forms and all ingredients are well combined.
  • Shape 2 level teaspoons of the mixture into balls, coat them with the remaining sesame seeds, and arrange them on a plate. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm. Serve as per the note.
