Overnight oats with raspberries and chia seeds: a simple, delicious breakfast ready to eat in the morning.
Ingredients:
  • 135g rolled oats
  • 70g chia seeds
  • 200g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 560ml milk
  • 28.60 gm honey
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together oats and chia seeds. In a separate jug, lightly crush raspberries using the back of a wooden spoon. Stir in milk and honey until well combined.
  • Combine the raspberry mixture with the oat mixture, stirring until well mixed. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  • Divide the oat mixture evenly among serving bowls or jars.
