Indulgent banana mousse layered with creamy chia pudding and juicy raspberries.
Ingredients:
  • Chia Pudding:
  • 3/4 cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Chocolate Banana Mousse:
  • 1 tablespoon Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Smashed Raspberries:
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions:
  • Combine Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, and maple syrup in a bowl. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Chill the mixture and then make the mousse by blending banana, cacao, almond butter, and Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk until smooth. Transfer to a bowl, stir in 2 tablespoons chia seeds, and chill until the chia pudding is ready.
  • Right before serving, gently crush the fresh raspberries in a bowl to create the raspberry layer.
  • In individual jars, layer the chia pudding, chocolate banana mousse, and smashed raspberries evenly. Serve right away or refrigerate for up to 2 days. Enjoy!
