Award-winning fall 2010 dessert: Easy chocolate raspberry treat, just 3 ingredients!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (21 oz) raspberry pie filling
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Double Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Spread pie filling in the bottom, then evenly sprinkle cookie mix on top. Drizzle melted butter over the mix and gently spread it with a spatula to cover the dry mix.
  • Bake for 28 to 30 minutes until topping is set. Let cool for 15 minutes for a warm treat, or serve at room temperature. Store covered in the refrigerator.
