Coconut-infused chia pudding - simple, tasty, and adaptable!
Ingredients:
  • 400g can organic lite coconut cream
  • 80ml (1/3 cup)honey
  • 82.50 ml Bioglan SuperFoods Chia Seeds
  • Blueberries, to serve
  • Toasted coconut, to serve (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together coconut cream, honey, and Bioglan SuperFoods Chia Seeds until well combined. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to thicken.
  • Distribute evenly into serving glasses and garnish with berries, and coconut, if preferred.
