Make this simple and nutritious breakfast for a stress-free morning.
Ingredients:
  • 25g (1/4 cup) rolled oats
  • 40.00 ml The Chia Co black Chia seeds
  • 250ml (1 cup) almond milk
  • 1.25 gm ground cinnamon
  • 1 mango, peeled, sliced
  • 40.00 ml natural sliced almonds
  • Cinnamon, extra, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix oats and chia seeds. Add milk and cinnamon, then stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Split the oat mixture evenly between 2 bowls and add a dollop of yogurt, slices of mango, and almonds on top. Finish off with a sprinkle of extra cinnamon for a touch of warmth and flavor.
