Earl Grey chia pudding with almond milk and vanilla: a simple, gluten-free, vegan dessert with a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Earl Grey tea bag
  • 0.25 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, bring almond milk to a gentle boil. Add the tea bag, then steep off the heat for 5 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bag before serving.
  • Combine chia seeds, vanilla extract, and brown sugar in a bowl, then fold into almond milk mixture. Divide into small bowls, drizzle with maple syrup, cover, and refrigerate until firm, at least 8 hours.
