Delicious and nutritious fruit bowl to kickstart your morning!
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml coconut yoghurt
  • 62.50 ml frozen blueberries
  • 62.50 ml frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp acai powder (see Note)
  • 1 tsp white chia seeds
  • 50g mango, sliced
  • 1/4 ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 strawberries, hulled, sliced
  • 30.00 ml blueberries
  • 20.00 ml pistachios, chopped, toasted
  • 1 small orange, segmented
Instructions:
  • Combine yoghurt, frozen berries, acai powder, chia seeds, and mango in a blender and blend until silky smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and beautifully top with banana slices, strawberries, fresh blueberries, pistachios, and orange segments.
