Make ahead crowd-pleasing dessert with customizable flavors using jelly or vege-gel with fresh juices.
Ingredients:
- vegetable oil
- 4 packets of jelly in different colours or sachets of vege-gel (see tip)
Instructions:
- Prepare your work area with plenty of bowls and measuring jugs. Lightly oil the inside of your jelly mould. Make the first jelly layer with 50ml less liquid than instructed, following packet directions. Chill in the fridge for 10-20 minutes. Make sure the jelly is slightly set but not firm. Repeat with each layer, pouring the next when the previous layer is slightly firm, until you have a stunning layered jelly cake.
