Rainbow popcorn jelly loaf recipe

Impress everyone with a stunning towering jelly and condensed milk no-bake treat!
Ingredients:
  • 85g packet lemon jelly crystals
  • 1.25L boiling water, plus 350ml, extra
  • 85g packet orange jelly crystals
  • 85g packet watermelon jelly crystals
  • 85g packet grape jelly crystals
  • 85g packet lime jelly crystals
  • 18.00 gm gelatine powder
  • 150g (1/2 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 200ml thickened cream, whipped
  • Coloured popcorn, to decorate
Instructions:
  • In a heatproof bowl, combine the lemon jelly crystals with 250ml (1 cup) of boiling water, stirring until dissolved. Do the same with the orange, watermelon, grape, and lime jelly crystals in separate bowls. In another bowl, dissolve the gelatine in boiling water, then add the condensed milk and stir until combined. Let all mixtures cool to room temperature.
  • Prepare the loaf pan by greasing it with cooking oil spray. Wipe with paper towel to evenly coat the pan. Pour the lemon jelly mixture into the pan and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until softly set. Pour 100ml of condensed milk mixture over the top and refrigerate for another 10-15 minutes. Repeat the process with the remaining jelly and condensed milk mixtures, finishing with the lime jelly. Chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours until completely set.
  • Gently release the jelly from the mold by pulling at the edges. Carefully flip onto a serving plate. Add a dollop of whipped cream and colorful popcorn before serving.
