Ingredients:
  • 500.00 ml unsweetened pure cranberry juice
  • 500.00 ml unsweetened pure red grape juice
  • 262.50 gm fresh unsweetened orange juice
  • 1000.00 ml San Pellegrino or sparkling mineral water
  • 131.25 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large lemon, skinned and flesh chopped
  • 1 fresh lime, skinned and flesh chopped
  • 500.00 ml frozen cranberries
  • 1 orange, skinned and flesh chopped
  • 250.00 ml fresh mint, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Add all ingredients, excluding the San Pellegrino and mint, into the blender. Pulse a few times until roughly mixed.
  • Elegantly transfer the mixture to a beautiful punch bowl.
  • Roughly chop the mint using a mini food processor or by hand, then mix it in.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours to enhance the flavors.
  • Before serving, pour in the San Pellegrino and gently mix it in.
  • Enjoy this refreshing cocktail over a bed of ice and adorned with fragrant mint leaves.
  • Process the mixture until smooth, refrigerate until cold, and then enjoy.
