Quick and easy vegan pina colada smoothie can be enjoyed for breakfast or as a light tropical dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup sliced fresh pineapple
  • 6 tablespoons vanilla soy yogurt
  • 0.25 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 3 tablespoons cream of coconut
  • 3 cubes ice
Instructions:
  • In a blender, blend pineapple, yogurt, soy milk, cream of coconut, and ice on high speed for 2 minutes. Serve in a cup.
