Ingredients:
  • 1 (15 pound) ham
  • 0.75 cup chicken broth
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Arrange the ham in a spacious baking dish, ensuring the fatty side is facing upwards. Drizzle the chicken broth over the top.
  • Roast in the oven, brushing with savory broth every 20-30 minutes, until fully heated, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Check for doneness with a thermometer; it should read 145°F (63°C) in the center.
  • Remove and discard any excess broth before elegantly slicing and presenting the succulent ham.
